The NOYA Youth Leadership Fellowship prepares young people ages 17–24 to take on leadership roles in the design, decision-making, implementation, and evaluation of systems that impact their communities. Fellows engage in trainings, mentorship, and hands-on learning to explore issues like educational equity, economic justice, housing, and legal justice reform. Their insights and leadership have directly informed NOYA initiatives across New Orleans, including the Rebuilding Our Village NOLA Youth Fund and Policy Platform. Applications for the 2026–2027 cohort are due July 1, 2026.
